This document summarises what personal data Kodmint processes, how, and why. We keep it short and to the point — the less data we collect, the less we have to write about.

What we collect

The only way we receive your personal data is through the contact form on this site — specifically your name, email, optionally your company, and the message itself. The sender's IP address is also logged briefly for spam protection.

How we use it

Submissions are used solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell them, share them with third parties, or send marketing campaigns.

How long we keep it

Messages arrive in our regular work inbox and we keep them as long as relevant to the engagement or a potential follow-up. You can request deletion at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no third-party tracking cookies or analytics tools. We have no record of who visited the site, where they came from, or what they clicked on. If this changes in the future, we'll say so upfront and give you a choice.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, transfer, or restrict the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
